Pexep Plus 25/0.5 Mg Capsule belongs to the antidepressant class of medicines. It is a combination medicine consisting of clonazepam and paroxetine. Clonazepam increases the gamma-aminobutyric acid (

GABA) levels in the brain, a chemical that produces soothing effects. Paroxetine increases serotonin levels, improving mood and behaviour and preventing depressive symptoms. This medication may have habit-forming potential, therefore, only take it in quantity and for the duration of time your doctor recommends. Even if you feel fine, complete the entire course of therapy. It is critical to not stop using this medication abruptly since withdrawal symptoms may occur.
