For the treatment of lung cancer
Contraindications of Pemshil 100 MG
- If you are allergic to pemetrexed or any of the ingredient of Pemshil Powder For Injection
- If you are a breastfeeding mother
- If you have taken or are about to take a vaccine against yellow fever

Pemetrexed interacts with DNA (genetic material) and causes certain changes in the DNA. This results in problems in DNA synthesis leading to anti-cancer effects.
