Paro Cr Plus Tablets
Paro Cr Plus Tablets Description
Paro CR is a prescription medication used to treat depression and anxiety. It is a combination of two medications, Paroxetine and Clonazepam. Depression is a condition characterised by pervasive l
ow mood. Multiple brain pathways and chemical messengers are indicated in depression, chiefly serotonin, norepinephrine and dopamine. Anti-depressant medications target these pathways and neurotransmitters to help relieve the symptoms of depression. Anxiety is a condition characterised by increased worry and fear about routine situations. Anxiety can present with increased heart rate, sweating, restlessness, trembling, increased rate of breathing etc. Panic disorder is also a type of anxiety disorder with a feeling of loss of control and fear. It is key to note that Clonazepam has habit-forming potential. It also has the potential to be misused. Careful monitoring while on this medication is required and necessary. Paro CR should be taken as recommended by the doctor. It should not be abruptly started or stopped, as it may cause withdrawal effects. Taking the tablet at the same time every day is advisable for maximum efficacy.
