Medical Description
Omicond capsule is used to manage gastroesophageal reflux disease, in which stomach contents flow back into the food pipe and cause heartburn or irritation. It contains a combination of omeprazole and domperidone. Omeprazole lowers stomach acid, while domperidone helps food move through the upper digestive tract more normally. This capsule is taken by mouth on an empty stomach as prescribed and is meant for reflux symptoms that need both acid reduction and improved stomach movement. It should be used with medical advice because domperidone can affect heart rhythm.
