• If you are allergic to etoricoxib, pregabalin or any other ingredient of Nucoxia Pg Tablet.
• If you are allergic to any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs) like aspirin, celecoxib. If you are not sure what these medicines are, please confirm with your doctor.
• If you have kidney, liver or heart disease.
• If you have had a heart attack, stroke, bypass surgery or have poor blood flow in the hands and feet.
• If you have high blood pressure that is not properly controlled by medicines.
• If you have a stomach ulcer or bleeding in your stomach or intestines.
• If you have inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, colitis).
• If you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding.

• You have or had stomach bleeding or ulcers.
• You have high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels or diabetes.

• You are dehydrated or being treated for an infection.
• You have swelling due to fluid accumulation.
• You have or had fits/seizures or any nerve-related disorder.
• You are a woman trying to become pregnant.
• You are over 65 years of age.
• You are a smoker.
• You drink alcohol or alcoholic beverages regularly.
• You develop symptoms of an allergy, like swelling of the face, lips, tongue, throat, ski rashes after using this medicine.
• You experience changes in your vision like a blurred vision after using this medicine.
• You gain weight after taking this medicine.
• You notice decreased urination or constipation after taking this medicine.
• You experience trouble breathing after using this medicine.

• Take this medicine as a whole with sufficient water.
• Always take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed dose.
• Do not discontinue the medicine on your own without consulting your doctor.

How Does It Work?

• Nucoxia Pg Tablet contains etoricoxib and pregabalin as its active ingredients.
• Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) that stops the action of a chemical called cyclo-oxygenase 2 (COX-2). Cyclo-oxygenase 2 is responsible for the generation of prostaglandins which cause pain, redness and swelling in the body. Thus, etoricoxib provides relief from the pain and reduces redness and swelling.
• Pregabalin interferes with the pain signals that travel through the damaged nerves in the brain and spinal cord. It also improves the communication of nerves with each other and enhances the quality of life.

Interactions with other medicines

• Some medicines can affect the way Nucoxia Pg Tablet works or Nucoxia Pg Tablet itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Tell your doctor about all medicines, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
• Particular care should be taken if you are taking medicines for blood clots (warfarin, low dose aspirin), high blood pressure (furosemide, ramipril, losartan), immune system alteration (cyclosporine, tacrolimus), mental disorders (lithium), cancer (methotrexate), contraception (ethinyl estradiol, norethindrone),
• inflammation (prednisone), heart failure (digoxin), hormone replacement therapy (conjugated estrogens), asthma/chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (oral salbutamol), hair loss (minoxidil), tuberculosis (rifampicin), short-term anxiety (lorazepam), post-operative pain (oxycodone), pain relief (morphine, fentanyl).
