Nor Metrogyl O suspension is a combination medicine containing Ofloxacin and Metronidazole. It is used for the treatment of loose motions caused due to mixed bacterial infections. Ofloxacin works by
killing the bacteria responsible for the infection. Metronidazole works by stopping the growth of certain bacteria and parasites responsible for infections. Nausea or vomiting, headache, sleeplessness, loose motion, an upset stomach are some of the side effects of using this medicine. If the side effects do not go away on their own or your child's condition doesn't improve over time then inform your child’s doctor.

- If your child has a history of tendonitis (inflammation of tendon, a fibrous chord attaching muscle to bone).
- If your child has a history of recurrent seizures (epilepsy).
