caffeine, cetirizine, nimesulide, and phenylephrine. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, caffeine is a stimulant, phenylephrine is a decongestant, and diphenhydramine acts as an anti-allergic. Take Nicip cold tablet as prescribed and for the duration, it is prescribed. Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding without the doctor's advice.
