Newbona HD tablet is a nutritional supplement used to support bone mineralisation, nerve function, muscle function and normal red blood cell formation. It contains elemental calcium, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, L-methylfolate calcium and pyridoxal-5-phosphate, an active form of vitamin B6. Calcium and vitamin D3 support bone and muscle needs, while vitamin B12, folate and vitamin B6 support nerves and blood-cell production. Newbona HD tablet is swallowed whole with sufficient water, preferably after food if advised, and is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
