Medical Description
Nervmax SR 75 tablets are used to treat nerve pain (pain caused by nerve damage). This medicine is a combination of pregabalin and methylcobalamin. It works by reducing the sensation of pain and regenerating damaged nerves.
Take Nervmax SR 75 tablets as prescribed by your doctor. You can take the tablets with or without food, but it is best to take them at the same time each day. Do not stop taking Nervmax SR 75 tablets suddenly, as this may cause serious side effects, such as breathing problems, anxiety, sweating, vomiting, low mood and fatigue. These side effects are known as withdrawal symptoms. Axogurd Sr tablet, Mahagaba M Od tablet, Pregaba M Sr tablet, Me Pxl tablet, Gabafix M Sr tablet and Mecoblend P tablet are some other medications with the combination of pregabalin and methylcobalamin as their active ingredients.

- If you experience swelling around your face and other body parts, difficulty in breathing or any sign of an allergic reaction, immediately seek medical help.
- You have a heart failure problem.
- You experience allergies like bumps and swelling in the skin, itching, etc., after taking this medicine.
- This medicine can cause dizziness, and this can lead to accidental injury (falls) in elderly patients. Be cautious if you are an elderly patient or giving this medicine to an elderly patient.
- You are experiencing vision problems or dizziness and sleepiness.
- You are experiencing muscle weakness, pain, discomfort, and tenderness. This can be a sign of a muscle problem called myopathy. Inform your doctor immediately.
- You may get suicidal thoughts after taking this medicine, so talk to your doctor immediately.
- If you have a history of fits, then never stop this medicine abruptly; your doctor shall gradually decrease the dose.

Interactions with other medicines
- Certain medicines can interfere with the action of the Nervmax SR 75 tablet if taken at the same time.
- Always inform your doctor about all the medicines you are currently taking, including all prescribed or non-prescribed herbal medicines, dietary supplements, as well as other treatments if you are taking for any disorder.
- In particular, if you are taking medicines for mental disorders such as anxiety, depression, fits and sleep disorders, diabetes or heart-related disorders.
- You may experience water retention and swelling if you take anti-diabetic medicine like pioglitazone with this medicine. Be cautious if you have an existing heart failure problem.
- The interaction of this medicine with other medicines is not clearly understood. Thus, you should tell your doctor about all the medicines you are currently taking or have taken in the last few days.
