• If you are allergic to nebivolol, valsartan or any other ingredients of Nebicard V tablet.
• If you have a very slow heart rate (severe bradycardia).
• If you have a heart block worse than first degree, unless you have a pacemaker.
• If you are in a type of heart failure called cardiogenic shock.
• If you have worsening or uncontrolled heart failure (decompensated cardiac failure).
• If you have a condition called sick sinus syndrome, unless you have a permanent pacemaker.
• If you have serious liver problems (severe liver impairment).

• Low blood pressure (hypotension)
• High potassium levels (hyperkalemia)
• Atrioventricular block (second and third degree)
• Heart attack (myocardial infarction)
• Drowsiness
• Fainting (syncope)
• Dizziness or vertigo
• Raynaud’s phenomenon (cold or discoloured fingers/toes)
• Poor blood circulation in the limbs

Other General Warnings

• You are pregnant or planning pregnancy, as this medicine can harm the unborn baby.
• You experience dizziness, faintness, or extreme fatigue. Your blood pressure may be too low.
• You have heart problems, such as chest pain, heart failure, or an irregular heartbeat.
• You have breathing issues like asthma or COPD, as this medicine may make them worse.
• You have diabetes or thyroid problems, since this medicine may hide symptoms like a fast heartbeat.
• You experience swelling, difficulty urinating, or signs of kidney problems.
• You are scheduled for surgery, have circulation issues, or have had serious allergic reactions in the past.

• Nebicard V tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow it whole with a glass of water.
• It should be taken with or after a meal to reduce its side effects.
