Nacl 5 5% Eye Drops

• To wash and irrigate the eyes
• To remove dust, dirt, or foreign particles from the eyes
• To soothe dry, tired, or irritated eyes
• For general eye hygiene and comfort

• If you are allergic to sodium chloride or any of the ingredients in Nacl 5 eye drop
• If you experience severe eye pain, redness, or swelling that does not improve after use
• If you have a serious eye infection or eye injury, unless advised by your doctor
• If you notice increased irritation or burning after using Nacl 5 eye drop
• If the eye drop is damaged, open, or contaminated before use
• If you have been advised by your doctor to avoid eye irrigation for a specific eye condition

Other General Warnings

• You have an eye infection, eye injury, or severe eye pain
• You notice persistent redness, irritation, swelling, or discharge from the eye
• You are using other eye medicines
• You have recently had eye surgery or laser treatment
• You are allergic to sodium chloride or any of the ingredients
• You experience worsening of symptoms or no improvement
• You are using Nacl 5 eye drop very frequently or for a long time
• You notice changes in vision
• You share eye drops with others
• You are using a damaged, open, or contaminated eye drop

• Wash your hands before use.
• Twist off the cap from the eye drop.
• Pull down your lower eyelid gently and squeeze the eye drop to let the solution fall into your eye.
• Do not let the tip touch your eye or any surface.
• Close your eye and blink gently.
• Repeat for the other eye if needed.
• Use within one month after opening or before expiry, whichever is earlier, and discard any leftover solution.

• Store below 25°C and do not freeze.
• Keep in the original pack to protect from light.
• Keep out of reach and sight of children.
• Use eye drop only within 30 days of opening or before expiry, whichever is earlier, and discard any remaining solution.
• Do not use after the expiry date.
• Dispose of unused eye drop responsibly; do not throw into household waste or wastewater.
