Medical Description

Mosite-L Bak Free eye drop is a combination medicine used for bacterial eye infection with inflammation and for inflammation after eye surgery when prescribed by an eye specialist. It contains moxifloxacin, an antibiotic that stops susceptible bacteria from multiplying, and loteprednol, a steroid that reduces redness, swelling and itching. Together they treat the bacterial component and calm associated inflammation, but loteprednol can worsen some untreated eye infections or raise pressure inside the eye. Mosite-L Bak Free eye drop is placed in the affected eye only, exactly as directed, and requires medical supervision.
