Mobiswift-D Tablet

• If you are allergic to metaxalone, diclofenac, or any other ingredient of Mobiswift-D tablet.
• If you develop difficulty in breathing, cold, swelling of the face or throat, itching after taking other NSAID medicines such as ibuprofen or aspirin.
• If you had stomach bleeding or bowel bleeding in the past.
• If you have liver or kidney problems.
• If you have a heart or brain disorder.
• If there is a narrowing of blood vessels supplying blood to your body.
• If you are pregnant for more than six months.

Other General Warnings

• You develop nausea/vomiting, loose motions, fever, and sweating after taking this medicine.
• You have liver disease, kidney disease, anaemia, or seizure disorders.
• You have indigestion after taking some sugars.
• You have heart or brain disorders.
• You have asthma, nasal allergy, or lung disease.
• You have high blood pressure.
• You have abnormal levels of cholesterol in your blood.
• You are a smoker.

• Take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not cut, break or chew the medicine.
• Do not consume more than the dose prescribed by your doctor.

• Store this medicine below 25°C in a cool and dry place.
• Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

How Does It Work?

• Mobiswift-D tablet contains metaxalone and diclofenac as active substances.
• Metaxalone is a muscle relaxant medicine that relaxes the muscles by acting on your brain and spinal cord.
• Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAID) that block the action of a chemical called cyclooxygenase. Cyclooxygenase is responsible for the formation of certain substances in the body called prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation.

Interactions with other medicines

• Some medicines can affect the way Mobiswift-D tablet works or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements, or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interactions.
• Particular care should be taken if you are taking medicines for brain-related diseases or heart diseases.
