How does this medicine work?

Iron is needed to make haemoglobin and support oxygen transport. Folate, vitamin B12, and vitamin B6 contribute to blood and nerve functions. Protein hydrolysate and lysine provide building blocks for body proteins, while niacinamide, panthenol, and zinc support normal cellular and metabolic functions. The tonic does not determine the cause of anaemia or fatigue.

Interactions

Interactions with other medicines

Some medicines can affect the way this supplement works or reduce iron absorption. Tell your doctor about all medicines, supplements, and herbal products you use. In particular, mention thyroid medicines, certain antibiotics, antacids, and other iron or mineral products.

Interactions with food items

Food and drinks can affect iron absorption. Ask your doctor or pharmacist whether to take the tonic with food and which products should be separated from it.
