Memopi-HC cream is used for the treatment and prevention of moderate-to-severe melasma. Melasma is a condition where dark and discolored patches of pigmentation appear on the skin. Memopi-HC cream is
also used to lighten the skin tone and senile lentigines (dark spots or age spots in older people due to exposure to the sun). It contains mometasone, tretinoin, and hydroquinone as active substances. You should use this cream exactly as recommended by the doctor. Do not use more of this cream or apply it more often than recommended by your doctor. Avoid sun exposure immediately after applying for this medicine.

- Memopi-HC cream is used to treat brownish to greyish patches of pigmentation, usually on the face called melasma.

Contraindications of Memopi Hc Tube Of 15gm Cream
- If you are allergic to mometasone, tretinoin, hydroquinone, or any other ingredient of Memopi-HC cream.
- If you have skin conditions such as eczema (infected skin due to allergy), rosacea (small red pustules on the face), rashes around the mouth (perioral dermatitis), or damaged skin anywhere in the body....
- If you have a viral or fungal infection of the skin, any ulcers on the skin, or tuberculosis.
- If you need to be exposed to the sun for prolonged periods (using sunscreen lotion is advisable).

- Hydroquinone prevents the action of a chemical known as tyrosinase, which is responsible for the production of a pigment called melanin. Melanin is responsible for skin pigmentation and melasma.
- Tretinoin is responsible for decreasing the pigmentation/melanin on the upper layers of the skin.
- Mometasone is a corticosteroid that works by blocking the production of inflammatory chemicals like prostaglandins and leukotrienes. Mometasone also narrows and constricts blood vessels, which are widened and leaky....

- Wash the affected area and let it dry before application.
- Apply the medication only to the hyperpigmented areas and rub gently to cover the entire affected area.
