• If you are allergic to any active substances or ingredients of the medicine
• If you have not been appropriately diagnosed with premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction
• If you have low blood pressure (may cause orthostatic hypotension – a drop in blood pressure after suddenly changing positions)
• If you are younger than 18 years of age
• If you have bleeding disorders (this medicine may increase the risk of bleeding)
• If you have a seizure condition
• If you have been diagnosed with mania or bipolar disorder
• If you have been using any recreational drugs
• If you are using any antidepressant medication
• If you have a history of heart conditions, such as heart failure or heart rhythm disorders
• If you have serious kidney or liver disease

Other General Warnings

• You have not been diagnosed with erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation by a doctor. Do not self-medicate.
• You are under 18 years old and not suitable for children.
• You have been diagnosed with hypotension or low blood pressure; this medicine can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure.
• If you are over 65 years old, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.
• If you are using any ayurvedic, herbal medicines, or supplements for premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction, notify your doctor to avoid potential side effects.
• You have any deformity or other conditions affecting the penis.
• You have been diagnosed with sickle cell anaemia, blood or bone marrow cancers, or other conditions that increase the risk of prolonged erection; inform your doctor.
• You have severe kidney or liver conditions.
• You experience any vision or hearing loss, immediately notify your doctor.

• Use the Megalis D tablet precisely as directed by your doctor.
• Do not exceed the dosage.
• Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.
• You must swallow the medicine whole, with a glass of water, immediately after opening the bottle.
• This medicine can be taken with or without food.
• You must take the tablet one hour before sexual intercourse or as advised by your doctor.

• Store the Megalis D tablets at room temperature in a dry, airtight container. This medicine should not be exposed to heat or wet surfaces. Keep it away from the reach of children and pets.
• Carefully dispose of unused or expired medicine. Do not use the medicine if the package is already broken before using.

• Take the Megalis D tablet exactly as directed by your doctor.
• Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet; swallow it whole with a glass of water.
• The medicine can be taken with or without food.
• Take the tablet one hour before sexual intercourse or as your doctor advises.
• Do not exceed the prescribed dosage or take the tablet more than once a day.

How Does It Work?

Interactions with other medicines

• If you use the Megalis D tablet and certain antidepressants (MAO inhibitors), it can cause severe and fatal interactions.
• If you are using medicines that affect the heart rhythm, such as thioridazine, Megalis D tablet can worsen their effects and cause heart rhythm problems.
• If you are using any antipsychotic medicines, sleeping medication, opioid pain relievers, anti-seizure medicines, it can increase the effects of drowsiness, etc.
• Do not use Megalis D tablet if you are using nitrates and medication for pulmonary hypertension.
• Megalis D tablet can also interact with the effects of antibiotics, antifungals, anti-TB medicines, anti-anginal medicines, HIV medication, etc.

Interactions with food items
