Medical Description
Med XT tablet is a nutritional supplement used to support iron intake, red blood cell formation and normal energy metabolism. It contains a combination of ferrous ascorbate, folic acid, L-methylfolate, vitamin B12 and zinc. Iron contributes to haemoglobin formation, folate and vitamin B12 support normal blood-cell development, and zinc supports immune and tissue functions. These nutrients help meet nutritional needs when dietary intake is insufficient. Med XT tablet is taken by mouth as a whole tablet with water and should complement, not replace, a varied, balanced diet.
