Directions for Use

- This medication with itraconazole, quinidine, or gemfibrozil can increase the toxicity levels of loperamide in the body and cause cardiac complications
- Concomitant use of this medication with inhibitors of CYP3A4 or P-glycoprotein can increase exposure to loperamide
