How Does It Work?
Lamifin cream works by inhibiting the action of an enzyme in the fungal cell wall and thereby blocks the formation of a substance called ergosterol essential for cell wall formation in fungus. It leads to a decrease in the production of ergosterol and weakens the outer membrane of the fungus and leads to its death and prevents the growth of fungus....
Directions for Use of Lamifin 1 %
- You should use this medicine as directed by your doctor
- It is for external use only, apply it on healthy and clean skin surface free from cuts and wounds
- Wash your hands before and after using this medicine unless your hands are the area to be treated
- Apply just enough cream to form a thin layer on the affected skin and surrounding areas
- Do not rub the cream. If needed, cover the treated area with a light, clean gauze, especially when used between the toes, buttocks or on the groin
- In case your eyes come in contact with this medicine rinse your eyes thoroughly with clean water immediately
