Contraindications
- Do not use Ketotram 10’s if you have an allergy to tramadol or ketorolac.
- Do not take this medication before or after coronary bypass surgery or other heart conditions, as it increases the chances of adverse reactions.
- It is not recommended if you have stomach or intestinal bleeding, as this medication makes it worse.
- Also not recommended for people with breathing difficulties like asthma.
- Do not take it with alcohol as it exaggerates the effects of alcohol.
- Do not take it before driving as it causes side effects like drowsiness and blurred vision.
- Do not use this medication if you have kidney disease.
- Do not use it if you already have liver disease.
- Do not take ketotram 10’s if you are pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting your doctor first.
- Do not use it for a long duration, as studies have shown that long-term use of painkillers can cause fertility issues in women and men.

- Avoid ketotram if you are on other medications such as:
- If you are using blood thinners like warfarin, do not take ketotram as it can increase bleeding.
- If you are using anti-hypertensive drugs, tramadol in this drug can slightly lower blood pressure.
- If you are using corticosteroids, this drug can cause potential side effects
- If you are taking Codeine and Fluoxetine, inform your doctor. All these drugs can cause potential side effects.
- If you are taking Ketoconazole, it can increase the amount of this drug in the blood.
