Description
Jaldhos Syrup is used for temporary relief of symptoms of the common cold and allergic rhinitis. It helps relieve symptoms such as a runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, and throat irritation. Jaldhos Syr
up contains chlorpheniramine and phenylephrine as active ingredients. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine, and phenylephrine is a decongestant. You should give this Syrup as advised by your doctor for maximum benefits and avoid giving it for a prolonged duration when not required. According to the advisory issued by the Union Health Ministry, cough and cold medications should not be prescribed or dispensed to children under two years of age. These medications are generally not recommended for children under five years old. For children above that age, any use should be based on careful clinical evaluation and close supervision.

- If your child is allergic to chlorpheniramine or phenylephrine or any of the ingredients of Jaldhos Syrup.
- If your child has taken medicines for brain disorders such as rasagiline in the last 14 days.
- If your child is suffering from high blood pressure or heart disease.
- If your child has diabetes, increased pressure inside the eyes (glaucoma).
- If your child is suffering from an overactive thyroid gland and breathing problems like bronchitis.
