Infacol syrup is a paediatric medicine specially formulated for infants and toddlers. It is used to relieve flatulence (gas), abdominal pain, and infantile colic (abnormal crying or fussiness in a healthy child). Infacol syrup contains a combination of simethicone, dill oil, and fennel oil. Simethicone in Infacol syrup expels trapped gas & relieves discomfort, while Dill oil & fennel oil reduce spasms & increase intestinal motility.
It is important for you to use this preparation exactly as advised by your doctor. While generally considered safe for newborns and infants, it must only be given under a paediatrician’s guidance to ensure the correct dosage and frequency for your child's specific needs. Directions for Use

- Infacol syrup should be taken 15 mins before feeding or as the doctor has told.
