H Vit Forte tablet is a vitamin and mineral supplement. It contains a combination of vitamin H/biotin, l-cysteine, zinc, manganese, copper, and selenium as active substances. H Vit Forte tablet is used as a supplement in deficiency states of vitamins and minerals. Take this supplement as advised by your doctor. Along with taking H Vit Forte tablet, you should also have a balanced diet rich in minerals and vitamin H.

- H Vit Forte tablet contains a combination of vitamin H/biotin, l-cysteine, zinc, manganese, copper, and selenium as active substances.
- Vitamin H/biotin is involved in the metabolism of fatty acids, glucose, and amino acids. Furthermore, it is essential for regulating genes, modifying histones, and/or cell signalling. It is also needed for the proper working of enzymes involved in the breakdown of materials like fats and carbohydrates.
- L-cysteine is an amino acid important for protein synthesis with antioxidant properties. It is required for the synthesis of the main protein in hair, nails, and skin. Cysteine also plays an important role in the formation of collagen - a protein that provides structural support. Thus, cysteine affects both skin elasticity and texture.
- Zinc is a mineral that plays a role in immune function, protein synthesis, wound healing, DNA synthesis, and cell division. Additionally, zinc is necessary for a healthy sense of taste and smell and helps normal growth and development during pregnancy, infancy, and adolescence. The proper functioning of the thyroid and blood clotting depends on zinc. Additionally, it is essential for keeping vision proper.
- Manganese is involved in the metabolism of amino acids, cholesterol, glucose, and carbohydrates, as well as reducing the damaging reactive oxygen species. It is also required for bone formation, reproduction, and immunological response. Along with vitamin K, manganese contributes to your body's natural reaction to an injury that helps to stop bleeding and blood coagulation.
- Copper is required as a cofactor for several enzymes involved in energy production, iron metabolism, neuropeptide activation, connective tissue synthesis, and neurotransmitter synthesis. Additional functions of copper include supporting bone health, neurons, immune system, and blood vessels. Copper has an indirect role in the defence against oxidative damage.
