Description

Genolid 600 mg Tablet contains linezolid, which is a higher class of strong antibiotics (acts against certain bacteria). It belongs to the oxazolidinones class of antibiotics and acts by inhibiting b

acterial growth. This is a reserved category of medicine that is prescribed with substantial proof, usually, a culture test that the bacteria being targeted is sensitive to linezolid, and resistant to the lower category of antibiotics. Genolid 600 mg Tablet does not help with flu, cold, or any other viral infections. Using this medicine without prescription or using it when not needed increases the risk of a severe infection later on that might as well be resistant to the same medicine later. Genolid 600 mg Tablet is usually prescribed for 10-28 days, 2 times a week, depending on the clinical condition. It's usually taken with food. You may experience side effects like diarrhoea, headache, nausea, vomiting, change in taste, rash, dizziness, vaginal itching, and change in colour of tongue or teeth. If you experience any serious symptoms like breathing difficulty, rash, swelling, or vision abnormality, go to the emergency care.
