Gassanol syrup is an anti-ulcer agent. It is used for the treatment of stomach and intestinal ulcer and prevent the recurrence of ulcer. It is also used for relieving mild stomach pain, indigestion,

heartburn and diarrhoea. It contains a combination of bismuth citrate and belladona dry extract. Take this syrup as directed by your doctor before meals.
