Dosage

Overdose

Too much paracetamol or aceclofenac may cause nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, drowsiness, serious bleeding or serious liver problems that may not be obvious at first. If you think you have taken too much of this medicine, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.

Missed a Dose

If you missed any dose of medicine, take it as soon as you remember. If it is time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dose schedule. Do not take a double dose of medicine to compensate for the missed one.

How does this medicine work?

The aceclofenac component reduces the body's production of chemicals that cause pain and swelling. The paracetamol component changes how pain and fever signals are handled, mainly in the brain. The serratiopeptidase component is an enzyme that may help the body clear fluid linked with tissue swelling. Together, the ingredients address pain, inflammation and swelling in different ways.
