Floxip 500 tablet is an antibiotic medicine. It is used in treating various types of bacterial infections such as pneumonia, sinus infection, and infections of the skin, ear, nose, stomach and urinar

y tract. Floxip 500 tablet contains ciprofloxacin as its active ingredient. It works by killing the bacteria responsible for infection by blocking the action of certain enzymes essential for DNA replication and repair. This medicine should be taken in doses and duration as directed by the doctor. It can be taken with or without food. Always complete the course of the treatment, as incomplete treatment may result in treatment failure. Before using this medicine, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or are breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history. Floxip 500 tablets should not be used in children and adolescents.
