Eracal-M capsule is a nutritional supplement used to support calcium intake, bone health and selected mineral and bone problems under medical supervision. It contains a combination of calcitriol, calcium carbonate and methylcobalamin. Calcitriol is an active form of vitamin D that helps the body absorb and regulate calcium, calcium carbonate supplies calcium, and methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that supports normal nerve and blood-cell function. The capsule is taken by mouth with water and should be used only as directed by a doctor.
