  • If you are allergic to Mizolastine or any other component of Elina 10mg Tablet MR.
  • If you are on a macrolide class of antibiotics such as azithromycin, erythromycin and antifungal medicine such as itraconazole, ketoconazole.
  • If you have a known history of liver, heart disease.
  • If you are on any heart medicine such as lidocaine, procainamide, amiodarone.
  • If you have an irregular heartbeat or decreased heart rate.
