How does this medicine work?

Aceclofenac reduces the body chemicals that cause pain and swelling. Paracetamol acts mainly in the brain and spinal cord to reduce pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that may break down proteins associated with inflammatory fluid and swelling. Together, the ingredients provide pain relief with anti-inflammatory support.

Interactions

Interactions with other medicines

Some medicines can affect the way Eldonac-SP tablet works. Tell your doctor about all the medicines, vitamins and supplements you take. In particular, mention other paracetamol products, anti-inflammatory pain medicines, blood thinners, steroids, blood pressure medicines, water pills, lithium, methotrexate, medicines for diabetes, and medicines that affect kidney function. Other paracetamol products can increase the risk of overdose, while anti-inflammatory medicines, steroids, and blood thinners can increase bleeding risk.
