• If you are allergic to the Ebast-DC or any of the ingredients of this medicine.
• If you have a prostate or bladder-related problem.
• If you have a tumour in the adrenal gland.
• If you are suffering from certain health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high pressure inside the eyes (glaucoma) or overactive thyroid.
• If you have any kind of heart-related problems.
• If you have recently taken or taking medicines for brain-related disorders.

• An irregular or faster heartbeat

Other General Warnings

• You are suffering from a condition in which some areas of the body feel numb and cool in certain circumstances (called Raynaud's Phenomenon), as caution is needed in such a condition.
• Your experience persistent symptoms, even after taking the medicines.
• You are suffering from a severe liver problem.
• It should not be given to children below 12 years old.
• Caution is advised if you are already taking certain antibiotics to treat fungal infections.

• Take this medicine as directed by your doctor.
• It can be taken with or without food.
• Do not change your dose on your own and follow the recommended dosage.
• Never stop the medicine on your own.

• It does not require any special storage conditions.
• Store it in original packing to protect it from light.
• Try to keep it out of the reach of children.
• Do not take this medicine after the expiry date which is mentioned on the medicine.

• Ebast-DC is indicated to cure the symptoms associated with allergy, like sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, stuffy nose, watery eyes, etc.
• If you think you have taken too much of Ebast dc and experience any symptoms or side effects, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.
• Some medicines can affect the action of the Ebast-DC or the Ebast-DC itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Inform your doctor about any medications, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or plan to take to avoid any potential interactions. Also, let the doctor know if you have any known allergies to medications or foods.

How Does It Work?

• Phenylephrine acts by constricting the blood vessels around the nose and thus reduces swelling. This helps clear the blocked nose and provides relief from nasal discomfort due to colds or allergies.
• Ebastine works by inhibiting the action of histamine, a natural substance produced by the body during an allergic reaction, and improves allergic symptoms like watery eyes, throat irritation, sneezing, and nasal congestion. The combined action of these two components helps relieve nasal discomfort, sinus congestion, pressure, and other symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

Interactions with other medicines

• Some medicines can affect the action of the Ebast-DC or the Ebast-DC itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
• Especially, if you are taking medicines to treat bain related disorders, decongestants, antihypertensive medicines, antibiotics, and antituberculosis medicines.
