Medical Description

Duolin respules are used to treat breathing difficulties, coughing, and whistling sounds, which are symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). COPD is a disorder in which the lung is damaged and making the passage of air in the lungs difficult. It contains a combination of ipratropium and levosalbutamol.

Duolin respules block the effect of substances that produce the tightening of air tubes in the lungs and relax them. Patients with diabetes, glaucoma, prostate or heart problems should cautiously use this medicine.

Iprazest respules, Combimist respules, Salbair I transpules and Nebzmart smartpules are other medicines containing similar compositions.

Before starting this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy. Additionally, disclose all medications, supplements, and herbs you are taking, as well as any existing medical conditions.
