Dubinor ointment is a pain-relieving medicine that is used to treat neuropathic pain. Neuropathic pain is long-lasting pain caused by damage or injury to the nerves due to diabetes, shingles or spina
l cord injury. Dubinor ointment contains a combination of gabapentin, diclofenac and methyl salicylate as its active ingredients that work by reducing pain, redness and swelling. Dubinor ointment is meant for external applications only. You should use this ointment exactly as recommended by the doctor. Do not use more Dubinor ointment or apply it more often than recommended by your doctor. This medicine should not be used in children less than 14 years of age.

Contraindications of Dubinor Tube Of 30gm Ointment
- If you are allergic to gabapentin, diclofenac, methyl salicylate or any other ingredient of Dubinor ointment.
- If you are allergic to aspirin or any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) like ibuprofen. If you are not sure what these medicines are, please confirm with your doctor.
- If you have kidney failure.
- If you are under 14 years of age.
- If you are in the last 3 months of your pregnancy.

How Does It Work?
- Dubinor ointment contains gabapentin, diclofenac and methyl salicylate as its active ingredients.
- Gabapentin binds to certain proteins in the body and causes a reduction in pain.
- Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) that blocks the action of a chemical called cyclooxygenase. Cycloxygenase is responsible for the production of a substance called prostaglandins that cause pain, redness and swelling in the body....
- Methyl salicylate is a counter-irritant that is also responsible for blocking the action of cyclooxygenase. It relieves the underlying muscle and joint pain and discomfort.

- Clean and dry your hands before and after applying the medicine.
- Apply a thin layer of Dubinor ointment in the affected area and rub gently.
