Mode of Action
How Does It Work?
- Dubinor ointment contains gabapentin, diclofenac and methyl salicylate as its active ingredients.
- Gabapentin binds to certain proteins in the body and causes a reduction in pain.
- Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) that blocks the action of a chemical called cyclooxygenase. Cycloxygenase is responsible for the production of a substance called prostaglandins that cause pain, redness and swelling in the body....
- Methyl salicylate is a counter-irritant that is also responsible for blocking the action of cyclooxygenase. It relieves the underlying muscle and joint pain and discomfort.

- Dubinor ointment should be used as recommended by your doctor.
