  • Drotaverine works by inhibiting the action of an enzyme phosphodiesterase, thus resulting in relaxation of smooth muscle and dilation of blood vessels.
  • Aceclofenac acts by inhibiting the release of prostaglandins responsible for pain sensation. Thus, providing relief from spasms and pain.
