Doxcef Dt 100mg Tab contains cefpodoxime that belongs to the group of antibiotics called cephalosporins, which are used for the treatment of bacterial infections.

Doxcef Dt 100mg Tab use is treat the bacterial infections such as bronchitis, gonorrhoea and pneumonia It is also used to treat infections of the throat, tonsils and sinuses.

Contraindications of Doxcef Dt 100mg Tab

The medicine is contraindicated in conditions like abnormal liver function tests and Clostridium difficile colitis. It is also not advisable in case of allergy to cefpodoxime or any other ingredients in the tablet.
