Plasma concentrations of desloratadine increases when given with ketoconazole, erythrocin, azithromycin, fluoxetine, and cimetidine
Montelukast should not be used in conjunction with rosiglitazone since it reduces its effectiveness
Plasma concentration curve of montelukast is decreased when given with phenytoin, phenobarbital and rifampicin
Montelukast systemic exposure is increased by gemfibrozil
There is no significant increase in the systemic exposure of montelukast when given with itraconazole
