Mode of Action of Dezlin M Strip Of 10 Tablets
How Does It Work?
Desloratadine is an antihistamine agent that reduces allergy symptoms by suppressing the activity of histamine (chemicals that cause allergic reactions). It offers immediate relief from allergy and asthma symptoms. Montelukast is a leukotriene inhibitor that lowers swelling and inflammation in the nose by suppressing a chemical messenger called leukotriene. Together in Dezlin M tablet, they relieve symptoms of various allergic disorders....
Directions for Use of Dezlin M Strip Of 10 Tablets
- The dose and duration should be determined by your doctor based on your medical condition
- It's ideal if you take it at a fixed time
- Consume this medicine as a whole, do not crush, break, or chew the tablet
Interactions of Dezlin M Strip Of 10 Tablets
Interactions with other medicines
- Plasma concentrations of desloratadine increases when given with ketoconazole, erythrocin, azithromycin, fluoxetine, and cimetidine
- Montelukast should not be used in conjunction with rosiglitazone since it reduces its effectiveness
- Plasma concentration curve of montelukast is decreased when given with phenytoin, phenobarbital and rifampicin
- Montelukast systemic exposure is increased by gemfibrozil
- There is no significant increase in the systemic exposure of montelukast when given with itraconazole

Retain this medication in a firmly closed container out of children's reach. Medication should be kept at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, and away from dampness.
Dosage of Dezlin M Strip Of 10 Tablets
Overdose
If the event of an overdose happened, alert your physician immediately. You may experience overdose symptoms like abdominal pain, severe headache, vomiting, psychomotor hyperactivity, and drowsiness.
Missed a Dose
If you forget to take a dose, do not take two or more doses to compensate for it; instead, take one dose as soon as you recall.
