Derma KT NF cream contains Clobetasol, Gentamicin, Ketoconazole and Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline.
Clobetasol is a steroid, it blocks the production of certain chemical substances in the body (prostaglandins) which cause itching, swelling and redness.
Gentamicin is an antibiotic and it inhibits the growth and multiplication of bacteria causing infection.
Ketoconazole interferes with the cell membranes of fungi, thus stopping their growth and eventually causing its death.
