Medical Description
Deep Senz ointment is used for long-lasting nerve pain caused by conditions such as diabetes, shingles or spinal cord injury. It contains a combination of gabapentin, capsaicin, ketoprofen and methyl salicylate, which act on nerve pain signals and local inflammation in different ways. Gabapentin and capsaicin reduce abnormal pain signalling, ketoprofen eases pain and swelling, and methyl salicylate provides cooling followed by warming on the skin. Deep Senz ointment is for external use on the affected skin only, as prescribed.
