• Renal colic: This combination may reduce pain and cramping associated with kidney stone colic as part of medical care.
• Painful periods: The dicyclomine component may ease menstrual cramping, while paracetamol reduces the associated pain.

• Dry mouth: Dicyclomine reduces some body secretions, which can make the mouth feel sticky. Sip water if allowed, and seek advice if swallowing becomes difficult.
• Blurred vision: Dicyclomine may temporarily affect focusing. Do not drive, and obtain medical advice if vision changes are severe or persistent.

• Do not use it repeatedly for unexplained abdominal pain without medical assessment.
• Seek urgent care for severe pain, persistent vomiting, fainting or yellowing of the eyes.
