• If you are allergic to minoxidil and finasteride or any other ingredients of the Coverit Plus spray.
• If you are a female of childbearing age or are planning for a pregnancy.

• Redness, scaling of the skin, dry skin at the application site.
• Irritation or burning sensation at a sensitive area like the eyes, nose, mouth, ears.
• Excessive hair growth on other parts of the body.

Other General Warnings

• You are allergic to any ingredients present in the Coverit Plus spray.
• You notice any unusual signs and symptoms during the treatment with Coverit Plus spray.
• You have any kind of pre-existing health condition like a liver problem or any kind of skin disorder, etc.
• You are pregnant or a nursing woman.
• You are taking any medicines or supplements or herbal preparations with Coverit Plus spray.
• You have a history of or are at risk for heart disease (heart attack, rhythm problems, diseases of heart valves, heart failure, etc.)
• You have high blood pressure and are on treatment for the same.
• You start experiencing any weight gain, swelling of feet, irritation or redness of the scalp or unwanted facial hair growth.
• You do not notice any effect after 4-6 months of use, kindly contact your doctor for further evaluation.

• Pull the plug out after opening the cap.
• Insert the spray applicator into the bottle.
• Close it tightly.
• Aim and pump towards the affected area.
• Spread the solution with your fingertips.
• Repeat 5 times to apply 1 ml dose of solution.

• Store the Coverit Plus spray in a dry place, protected from light, heat and moisture.
• Do not apply or spray this medicine after the expiry.
• Keep the bottle closed tightly after use.

How Does It Work?

• Minoxidil acts by stimulating the hair follicles and improves the blood circulation to the hair follicles.
• Finasteride acts by blocking the hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is responsible for hair fall. This DHT hormone is bind to hair follicles and causes them to shrink resulting in hair loss.
• Thus, both these medicines work together to prevent hair loss and promote regrowth of hair.

Interactions with other medicines

• Certain medicines can affect the way the Coverit Plus spray works or the Coverit Plus spray itself can affect the action of other medicines taken at the same time. Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
• Coverit Plus spray may interact with other topical medicines which you are using on the scalp and produce an altered response. Please tell your doctor if you are using any other medicines, over-the-counter medicines (that you buy without a prescription) and herbal preparations.
• Caution must be exercised by patients who are taking medicines for high blood pressure as a combined effect of both the medicines may cause a slight fall in blood pressure, especially while standing (orthostatic hypotension).
