Coverit Plus spray is a combination medicine that helps in the treatment of hair loss, especially in men. It contains minoxidil and finasteride as active ingredients. Both these medicines work togeth

er to prevent hair loss and promote regrowth of hair. Coverit Plus should not be used in women due to the presence of Finasteride, which may cause hormonal changes in females. It is meant for use on the scalp only. It is recommended to follow all the instructions given by your doctor before using this medicine. Follow all the instructions given on the box or leaflets.

If you are allergic to minoxidil and finasteride or any other ingredients of the Coverit Plus spray.
If you are a female of childbearing age or are planning for a pregnancy.

Redness, scaling of the skin, dry skin at the application site.
Irritation or burning sensation at a sensitive area like the eyes, nose, mouth, ears.
Excessive hair growth on other parts of the body.

Can I apply Coverit Plus spray during pregnancy?

It is not meant for women to use. In fact, pregnant women should not even handle it due to the possibility of its absorption.

Driving

Can I drive if I have applied Coverit Plus spray?

This medicine does not affect your ability to drive or to use machinery, however, if you experience side effects like dizziness, you should avoid driving or using machines.

Can I consume alcohol if I have applied Coverit Plus spray?

Although there is no known interaction with alcohol along with this medicine. So it is important to consult your physician if you drink too often.

Mode of Action of Coverit Plus Spray Bottle Of 100ml Topical Solution

How Does It Work?

Minoxidil acts by stimulating the hair follicles and improves the blood circulation to the hair follicles.
Finasteride acts by blocking the hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is responsible for hair fall. This DHT hormone is bind to hair follicles and causes them to shrink resulting in hair loss.
Thus, both these medicines work together to prevent hair loss and promote regrowth of hair.

Directions for Use of Coverit Plus Spray Bottle Of 100ml Topical Solution

Pull the plug out after opening the cap.
Insert the spray applicator into the bottle.
Close it tightly.
Aim and pump towards the affected area.
Spread the solution with your fingertips.
Repeat 5 times to apply 1 ml dose of solution.
