Medical Description
Cardivex tablet is used to manage high blood pressure, heart-related chest pain called angina, and heart failure. It contains carvedilol, an alpha and beta blocker that acts on the heart and blood vessels. By slowing the heart rate, reducing the force of each heartbeat and relaxing blood vessels, carvedilol lowers the heart's workload and helps blood move more easily. It can help the heart pump more efficiently and improve the supply of oxygen to heart muscle. Cardivex tablet is swallowed by mouth with food and should be used regularly for as long as your doctor prescribes it.
