Medical Description
Calpol T strip combines two analgesics, tramadol hydrochloride, and acetaminophen. It is a prescription drug and comes in the form of oral tablets. They can usually be prescribed for treating moderate to severe pains of our body. Tramadol is a centrally operating synthetic opioid analgesic. Thus it can cause physical or psychological dependence among its users.
Acetaminophen is an analgesic as well as an antipyretic agent. Using the combination of tramadol and acetaminophen has more benefits in relieving pain rather than taking both these combinations separately.
However, they have a habit-forming tendency; thus, the patient should be monitored regularly until this medication is not complete. Its abuse can lead to its physical and psychological dependence, especially in people with a history of alcohol and drug abuse....

This inhibition causes reduced transmission of pain signals in the brain and spinal cord.
Acetaminophen works by inhibiting an enzyme used to make prostaglandins; in this way, it helps in increasing the threshold of pain in our body. Thus this medication overall works as a pain reliever....
