Calday softgel capsule is a nutritional supplement used to support bone, muscle, joint and general nutrient health. It contains a combination of calcium citrate, calcitriol, vitamin K2, vitamin B12, L-methylfolate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, magnesium sulphate, lycopene and the omega-3 fats docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid. Calcium, calcitriol and vitamin K2 support normal bone mineral use, while magnesium, B vitamins and omega-3 fats support muscle, nerve and general cell functions. Calday softgel capsule is taken by mouth as advised by a doctor and is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
