Brotin 2.5 mg tablet is a prescription medication used for treating high levels of prolactin in the body, Parkinson’s disease, acromegaly, excess milk production, and infertility in women. It consist

s of bromocriptin 2.5 mg. It belongs to the class of drugs called dopamine receptor agonists. It increases certain chemical messengers in the body, which helps in lowering hormones that are responsible for different conditions. Brotin tablet helps treat a variety of conditions that are caused due to high levels of prolactin in the body. Prolactin is a hormone responsible for producing milk during pregnancy. Excess prolactin can cause symptoms like missed periods, infertility, unwanted milk, reduced sex drive, etc. This medicine also reduces the amount of growth hormone, which helps treat conditions like acromegaly. Try to take the brotin tablet during or after consuming food, as it can upset the stomach and cause nausea and vomiting. It does not have any habit-forming tendencies. But do not stop using this medication suddenly as it can cause withdrawal symptoms such as shivering, dizziness, hypotension, vomiting, hypotension, etc. The dose needs to be slowly tapered down.
