Contraindications
- If you are allergy to any ingredients of Bigomet M Tablet or any other excipient.
- If you have severe Kidney dysfunction.
- If you have ketoacidosis.
- If your patient is in coma.
- If you have allergic skin conditions.

Directions for Use
- Bigomet M Tablet is to be taken orally as directed by the physician.
- Do not break, crush or chew the tablet
- Swallow the tablet with a glass of water
- You can take it with or without food
- Do not take more than the recommended dose

- Store at room temperature between 20 to 25° C
- Protect from light and moisture
- Keep away from children
- Keep the medication away from the reach of children and pets

How Does It Work?
Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- NSAIDs, including selective cyclo-oxygenase (COX) II inhibitors, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonists and diuretics along with Metformin, can cause lactic acidosis and increase the risk of kidney failure
- Use of Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors like Topiramate, zonisamide, acetazolamide or dichlorphenamide. with metformin increases the risk of lactic acidosis
- Ranolazine, vandetanib, dolutegravir, and cimetidine with metformin increase the risk of lactic acidosis
- Absorption of cyanocobalamin can be reduced with Para-aminosalicylic acid, colchicine, biguanides, neomycin, cholestyramine, potassium chloride, methyldopa, and cimetidine
