Betakind gargle is a medicated mouthwash used to treat and prevent infections in the mouth and throat, such as gingivitis (gum inflammation) and mouth ulcers. It works by killing harmful bacteria and microbes that can cause these infections, thanks to its active ingredient, povidone iodine.
