Other General Warnings

• You have kidney disease or have had a kidney transplant.
• You have liver disease or abnormal liver function tests.
• You have a history of autoimmune diseases, such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or inflammatory bowel disease.
• You are taking medications that suppress your immune system.
• You have active or prior CNS metastasis (cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord).
• You are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
• You have thyroid problems or a history of thyroid disorders.
• You have diabetes or a history of endocrine disorders.
• You have had infusion-related reactions to other medications.
• You are on a sodium-restricted diet, as the infusion diluents may contain sodium.
• You have had prior myocarditis, pancreatitis, or other severe immune-mediated conditions.
• You are taking other medications, including over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, or herbal supplements.
• You experience new or worsening symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, abdominal pain, jaundice, severe fatigue, or unusual swelling.
• You are scheduled for or recovering from an organ transplant.
• You have a history of neurological conditions like myasthenia gravis or Guillain-Barré syndrome.
