Bavencio 20 MG/ML Description

Bavencio injection is a cancer medication for use in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older. It is used to treat metastatic Merkel cell carcinoma (a rare type of skin cancer). In patients with urothelial carcinoma (bladder cancer), it prevents the cancer from returning after initial treatment with chemotherapy, as well as in cases where the cancer has progressed during or after chemotherapy or within a year of treatment before surgery or after surgery.

  • You experience new or worsening symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, abdominal pain, jaundice, severe fatigue, or unusual swelling.
  • You are scheduled for or recovering from an organ transplant.
  • You have a history of neurological conditions like myasthenia gravis or Guillain-Barré syndrome.
