Azibig 500mg Strip Of 3 Tablets
Description
Azibig tablet is an antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. It is commonly prescribed for chest infections such as pneumonia, as well as sinus, ear, throat, lung, and skin infections. It is also effective in treating certain sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including gonorrhoea and chlamydia. The active ingredient in Azibig tablet is azithromycin, a broad-spectrum antibiotic that works by stopping the growth of bacteria responsible for the infection.
It is very important to take Azibig tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Even if you start feeling better within a few days, do not stop taking the medicine on your own. Completing the full course of treatment ensures that the infection is completely cleared and helps prevent the development of antibiotic resistance.
Like most medicines, Azibig tablet may cause some side effects. The most common side effects include diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, and indigestion. These are usually mild and resolve on their own. However, in rare cases, some people may experience an allergic reaction, which may present as a skin rash, itching, swelling, or shortness of breath. If you notice any of these symptoms or if your side effects worsen, seek medical attention immediately.
Before starting Azibig tablet, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Also, let your doctor know about any existing medical conditions and all other medicines or supplements you are taking to avoid potential drug interactions. When used as directed under medical supervision, Azibig tablet is a safe and effective treatment for bacterial infections.
