Medical Description

Atrokid is used for selected eye conditions such as myopia or to relax the eye during an examination. Its active ingredient is atropine.

Contraindications

Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredient of this medicine or have narrow-angle or closed-angle glaucoma, unless your eye specialist advises it.

Directions for Use

Wash your hands. Place the prescribed drops in the eye without touching the eye, eyelashes, or skin with the dropper. Close your eyes gently for 2 to 3 minutes and wipe away excess liquid.

Storage and disposal

Store in the original container, protected from heat, light, and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of unused eye drops safely as advised by a pharmacist.

Missed a Dose

If you missed any dose of medicine, take it as soon as you remember. If it is time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dose schedule. Do not take a double dose of medicine to compensate for the missed one.
