Assurans tablet is used in men for the management of erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction, also known as impotence, is a condition where it becomes difficult to get and maintain an erection sui

table for sexual intercourse. Assurans tablet contains sildenafil as its main component. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis and improving the blood flow during sexual arousal, thus helping to maintain an erection. If you are allergic to sildenafil or any other ingredient of Assurans tablet.
If you are taking riociguat which is used in the treatment of arterial blood pressure. If you are not sure what this medicine is, please confirm with your doctor.
If you have heart disorders like stroke or heart attack.
If you have liver disorders.
If you ever had a loss of vision or have a certain eye condition like retinitis pigmentosa.
If you are taking certain medicines (nitrates) which can lead to a decrease in blood pressure.

Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water.

Overdose

Symptoms of an overdose of Assurans tablets are headache, dizziness, indigestion, flushing, and stuffy nose.

Missed a Dose

If you have missed taking any dose of Assurans tablets, take it as soon as you remember.
If it's time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule.
